About the role

We are looking for an experienced software engineer with expertise in applying and automating generative AI to help development teams work faster and more efficiently.

The main mission will be to identify improvement opportunities, develop internal AI-based tools, and promote the adoption of new ways of working supported by agents, LLMs, and automation, helping to define a common framework for the entire team.

This is a cross-functional position within the development team, highly technical in nature, focused on execution and with a direct impact on engineering productivity.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement AI-based solutions to improve team productivity.
  • Build automations and agents to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and support tasks.
  • Implement integrations using MCP (Model Context Protocol) and APIs to connect AI assistants with internal systems.
  • Drive Specification-Driven Development practices and AI-assisted development.
  • Implement tools for code generation, test generation, automatic documentation, and code analysis.
  • Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, and DevOps teams to integrate these capabilities into existing workflows.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools related to AI Engineering and Developer Experience.
  • Promote the effective adoption of AI across the entire organization.
  • Document tools, processes, and best practices, defining a framework for the development team.
