About the role
From Temporing, we are selecting a kitchen assistant for an important establishment located in O Grove.
What you'll do
Support in the preparation of dishes following the instructions of the head chef.
Basic preparation of ingredients and garnishes, cutting and handling food according to house standards.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Collaborating during service, plating, and restocking raw materials.
Controlling and rotating product stock in the cold room and storage, reporting waste or incidents.
