Temporing is selecting a Production Supervisor for an important logistics group in the food sector located in Marchena (Sevilla).
Directs production and manufacturing activities, organizing priorities set by the Operations Department.
Ensures production targets are met, complying with safety, personnel, environmental, quality, and cost standards.
Promotes teamwork among colleagues and with other departments (especially maintenance and quality).
Supervises production services.
Monitors the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies.
Trains, motivates, and enhances the management capabilities of the staff under their supervision.
Plans and manages human resources in the area.
Collaborates with operations management in managing new projects, providing the necessary human and material production resources.
Coordinates the installation of new equipment with Engineering.
Participates in the coordination of tests and studies of new products.
Proposes necessary improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Stays informed and updated on technological advancements.
Informs and proposes improvements in production team workloads, balancing different sections and promoting staff versatility.
Proposes changes regarding work schedules, shifts, hiring, and renewals of production staff.
Identifies problems and acts on them immediately, effectively, and with follow-up.
University degree related to engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in team leadership and roles related to the position.
Own vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
