Welding Robot Operator

From Temporing, we are selecting a Welding Robot Operator to join an important company in the industrial sector, located in the industrial area of Carballo.

• Supply and operate the welding robot (ABB 1600).

• Make basic adjustments to welding parameters according to technical specifications.

• Visually check the quality of welded parts and detect possible defects.

• Prepare, position and secure metal parts before the welding process.

• Load and unload materials and components on the production line.

• Supervise the process in accordance with the production plan.

• Monitor the supply of materials and report any issues to the responsible team.

• Keep the workstation tidy and clean, complying with occupational risk prevention regulations.

• Immediate start with a three-month temporary contract through a staffing agency + possibility of joining the permanent staff.

• Full-time position of 40 hours distributed as Mon-Fri (rotating shifts according to production needs).

• Salary of 14.56 euros gross/hour, according to the Steel and Metal Industry Agreement of A Coruña.

• Initial training and professional development within the industrial environment.

And you, do you have the Temporing attitude?

• Previous experience as a production operator, in welding, or in handling industrial robots.

• Basic knowledge of welding and industrial processes is a plus.

• Higher Degree in Industrial Automation and Robotics, Higher or Intermediate Degree in Electrical and Automatic Installations, Electronics and/or Electricity.

• Experience with programmable logic controllers is a plus.

• Experience and training in overhead crane and forklift operation is a plus.

• Ability to interpret drawings, work instructions and technical data sheets.

• Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts.

• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention for the metal sector is a plus.

• Own vehicle to travel to the workplace.

Desde Temporing, seleccionamos Un/a Operario/a de Robot de Soldadura para incorporarse a importante empresa del sector industrial, ubicado en la zona industrial de Carballo.

• Abastecer y operar el robot de soldadura (ABB 1600).

• Realizar ajustes básicos de parámetros de soldadura según las especificaciones técnicas.

• Controlar visualmente la calidad de las piezas soldadas y detectar posibles defectos.

• Preparar, posicionar y fijar las piezas metálicas antes del proceso de soldadura.

• Cargar y descargar materiales y componentes en la línea de producción.

• Realizar la supervisión del proceso conforme al plan de producción.

• Controlar el suministro de materiales y comunicar cualquier incidencia al equipo responsable.

• Mantener el orden y la limpieza del puesto de trabajo, cumpliendo con las normas de prevención de riesgos laborales.

• Incorporación inmediata con contrato temporal tres meses a través de ETT + posibilidad de paso a plantilla.

• Jornada completa de 40h distribuidas de; L-V ( turnos rotativos según las necesidades de producción).

• Salario 14,56 euros brutos/horas, según Convenio de la Industria Siderometalúrgicas de Coruña.

• Formación inicial y desarrollo profesional dentro del entorno industrial.

• Experiencia previa como operario/a de producción, soldadura o en manejo de robots industriales.

• Valorable conocimientos básicos de soldadura y procesos industriales.

• Ciclo Superior en Automatización y robótica industrial, Ciclo Superior o Medio en Instalaciones eléctricas y automáticas, Electrónica y/o Electricidad.

• Valorable experiencia en autómatas programables.

• Valorable manejo y formación de puente grúa y carretilla elevadora.

• Capacidad para interpretar planos, instrucciones de trabajo y fichas técnicas.

• Disponibilidad y flexibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.

• Valorable formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales del sector del metal.

• Vehículo propio para desplazarse al centro de trabajo.
