About the role
From Temporing, we are selecting a Restaurant Manager for an important winery in Rueda (Valladolid).
What you'll do
Management and supervision of the team (approx. 11–14 people).
Driving sales, customer service, and customer loyalty.
Organization and control of daily operations (shop and café).
Cash register closing and establishment control.
Staff training and coordination.
Support with shift scheduling and sales monitoring.
