Hospitality and Cleaning Staff - Salnés Area

From Temporing we are selecting housekeepers, waiters/waitresses, waiters'/waitresses' assistants, cooks and cook's assistants for hotels and restaurants located in the Salnés area

Housekeeper duties

• Cleaning and maintenance of rooms, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

• Changing sheets, towels and supplying complimentary amenities in the rooms.

• Reporting any anomalies or repair needs to the corresponding department.

• Keeping assigned common areas tidy and clean.

• Collaborating with the cleaning team to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for guests.

Waiter/Waitress duties

• Dining room service.

• Attending to guests and taking orders and advising on menus and beverages.

• Preparing and decorating the restaurant's dining rooms and tables.

• Handling food and beverages, utensils and work machinery, applying Occupational Health and Safety regulations and ensuring their preservation and good condition.

• Cleaning and organizing tables and the dining room.

Waiter's/Waitress's assistant duties

• Assisting in setting up tables according to the restaurant's standards.

• Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy.

• Supporting service staff in attending to customers.

• Constantly replenishing condiments, tableware and other necessary supplies.

• Collaborating in the general cleaning of the restaurant at closing time.

Cook duties

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to the establishment's specifications and menu.

• Plating and presenting dishes ensuring quality and aesthetic standards.

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, as well as utensils and equipment.

Cook's assistant duties

• Cleaning, peeling and cutting the different ingredients.

• Cleaning kitchen utensils and work surfaces.

• Helping the rest of the staff in preparing dishes.

• Making sauces or dressings.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector.

• Living near the area or having your own vehicle

• Immediate availability.

• Contract through a temporary employment agency until the end of summer, with the possibility of later moving to the permanent staff.

Desde Temporing estamos seleccionando camareros/as de pisos, camareros/as, ayudantes de camareros/as, cocineros/as y ayudantes de cocina para hoteles y restaurantes ubicados en la zona del Salnés

Funciones Camarero/a de pisos

• Limpieza y mantenimiento de habitaciones, garantizando altos estándares de calidad y presentación.

• Cambio de sábanas, toallas y suministro de amenities de cortesía en las habitaciones.

• Informar cualquier anomalía o necesidad de reparación al departamento correspondiente.

• Mantener el orden y limpieza en áreas comunes asignadas.

• Colaborar con el equipo de limpieza para asegurar un ambiente acogedor y seguro para los huéspedes.

Funciones Camarero/a

• Servicio de sala.

• Atención al personal asistente y llevar a cabo la toma de comandas y asesoramiento sobre los menús y bebidas.

• Preparar y decorar las salas y mesas del restaurante.

• Realizar manipulaciones de alimentos y bebidas, utensilios y maquinaria de trabajo, aplicando la normativa de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo y velando por su conservación y buen estado.

• Limpieza y organización de mesas y sala.

Funciones Ayudante de Camarero/a

• Asistir en la disposición de mesas de acuerdo a los estándares del restaurante.

• Asegurarse de que el área de trabajo esté limpia y en orden.

• Apoyar al personal de servicio en la atención a los clientes.

• Reponer constantemente los condimentos, el menaje y otros suministros necesarios.

• Colaborar en la limpieza general del restaurante al cierre del mismos.

Funciones Cocinero/a

• Elaboración y preparación de platos según las especificaciones del establecimiento y la carta.

• Montaje y presentación de los platos garantizando estándares de calidad y estética.

• Mantenimiento de la limpieza y el orden en la zona de trabajo, así como de los utensilios y equipos.

Funciones Ayudante de Cocina

• Limpiar, pelar y cortar los diferentes ingredientes.

• Limpieza de los útiles de cocina y de la superficies de trabajo.

• Ayudar al resto del personal en la preparación de los platos.

• Realizar salsas o aliños.

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el sector de hostelería.

• Residir cerca de la zona o contar con vehículo propio

• Disponibilidad inmediata

• Contrato a través de ETT hasta finales de verano, con posibilidad de posterior pase a plantilla.

• Jornada laboral flexible según necesidades del candidato.
