Commercial Advisor in office (Energy sector)

Duties:

- In-person customer service at the commercial office (high volume of public traffic).

- Resolving queries, complaints, and managing procedures (billing, social energy discounts, incidents, etc.).

- Consultative and cross-selling of energy products, telephone services, and climate control solutions.

What we offer

- Stable contract: initial 6 months + permanent

- Gross base salary €18,500/year + commissions (from the first sale, with no exceptions and no maximum limit, between €700 and €1,000)

- Paid training, commissions from the first sale, with opportunities for development and growth within the company

EUR 18,500 per year

- Full-time, with rotating hours from Monday to Friday; between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Funciones:

- Atención presencial a clientes en oficina comercial (alta afluencia de público).

- Resolución de dudas, reclamaciones y gestión de trámites (facturación, bonos sociales, incidencias…).

- Venta consultiva y cruzada de productos energéticos, servicios de telefonía y soluciones de climatización.

Se ofrece

- Contrato estable: inicial 6 meses + indefinido

- Salario Base Bruto 18500€/ anual + comisiones (desde la primera venta, sin excepción y sin límite máximo, entre 700 a 1000€)

- Formación remunerada, comisiones desde la primera venta, con posibilidades de desarrollo y crecimiento en la empresa
