We are looking for a Commercial Advisor, a key role for the development of our IN-PERSON customer service points at our offices in Almería. VACANT POSITION: Commercial Advisor in Almería.

• In-person customer service at a busy commercial office.

• Resolving queries, complaints, billing issues, social energy discounts, and incidents.

• Cross-selling of energy products, telecommunications services, and climate control solutions.

• Customer loyalty and follow-up with a consultative approach.

• Valuable experience in customer service, sales, or in-person support.

• Empathy, organizational skills, and a service vocation.

• A willingness to learn and grow professionally.

• A positive attitude, communication skills, and a commercial mindset.

• The ability to work towards objectives and as part of a team.

• Basic proficiency with digital tools (office software, CRM, email).

• Previous experience in customer service or sales.

• Experience in related sectors (energy, telecommunications, climate control...) is a plus.

• Languages: Spanish

• Atención presencial en oficina comercial con alta afluencia de público.

• Resolución de dudas, reclamaciones, facturación, bono social e incidencias.

• Venta cruzada de productos energéticos, servicios de telecomunicaciones y soluciones de climatización.

• Fidelización y seguimiento de clientes con enfoque consultivo.

• Valorable experiencia en atención al cliente, ventas o soporte presencial.

• Empatía, organización y vocación de servicio.

• Ganas de aprender y crecer profesionalmente.

• Actitud positiva, habilidades de comunicación y orientación comercial.

• Capacidad para trabajar por objetivos y en equipo.

• Manejo básico de herramientas digitales (ofimática, CRM, correo electrónico).

• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o ventas.
