About the role

We are currently looking to bring on board a Facilities Engineer for a growing construction company that develops unique and technically complex projects in Madrid.

The selected candidate will take part in all project phases, from the initial study through to on-site execution and commissioning of the facilities.

What you'll do

  • Reviewing projects during the bidding phase and analyzing tenders
  • Selecting subcontractors and preparing technical proposals
  • Supporting the project team during the procurement and production phases
  • Monitoring technical development (drawings, reports, scheduling)
  • Coordinating facilities subcontractors and with civil works
  • Supervising on-site execution of the facilities package
  • Reviewing and controlling certifications
  • Supporting compliance with quality, health and safety, and environmental standards
