Education and Experience

  • Qualification: Higher Degree in Transport and Logistics or Professional Transport Certification or similar
  • Previous experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in road transport fleet management or transport logistics. Experience in INDUSTRIAL or hazardous materials companies will be highly valued.
  • Team management: Direct experience leading driver teams (shift management, motivation, and conflict resolution).

Technical Knowledge (Essential)

  • Transport Regulations: In-depth knowledge of the Land Transport Regulation Act (LOTT), driving and rest times, and tachograph use.
  • Material transfer regulations: identification documents, NT, waybills, and platforms such as e-SIR or similar.
  • Basic mechanics: Knowledge to supervise vehicle condition and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with workshops.
  • Digital tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel and fleet management software (GPS/Telematics). Experience with ERPs (Navision) is a plus.

Competencies and Skills
