About the role

An important engineering company is looking to hire a building maintenance technician ("handyman") who is used to all kinds of repairs, maintenance and breakdowns in buildings.

What you'll do

Functions:

· Diagnosis and repair of faults in electrical/mechanical systems, fire protection systems, plumbing, locksmithing...

· Inspection of electrical equipment and components

· Reading electromechanical diagrams

· Daily inspection and maintenance of electrical installations, fire protection systems, compressed air, plumbing, etc.

· First-line response to incidents and breakdowns

· Carrying out small repairs (locksmithing, plumbing, etc.)

· Coordination of site teams and execution of maintenance work

· Availability to respond to incidents and additional work as required
