About the role

Job description

We are looking to add to our Ecommerce team an intern in Styling and Cross-Selling, a person with a sensitivity for fashion, commercial vision, and analytical ability, who can help improve the online shopping experience and maximize conversion through the correct presentation and linking of products.

What you'll do

Main duties:

Support in creating Total Looks on the website, combining products in an attractive and coherent way to inspire the customer and boost sales.

Support for the cross-selling strategy associated with the products visible in each product image, identifying and linking the items that appear in the photographs to encourage complementary purchases and increase the average order value.

Help with managing Level 3 Customer Service incidents, providing support in resolving product-related incidents reported by customers that could not be resolved at previous levels.

Nice to have

Previous experience in ecommerce, product, web content, or specialized customer service is a plus.

How you'll work

If you have made it this far, and what you have read is your thing, the following is for you:

Duration: 6 months + possibility of extending for another 6 more months.

Location: Madrid city center (northern area. You can get there by metro, city bus, or commuter train; and if you choose your own vehicle, you can park without a problem, as it is not a metered parking zone).

Additionally:

We have a company cafeteria with the option of buying a menu at an affordable price, or if you prefer, you can bring your own food, as microwaves and refrigerators are available in different areas of the building.

We also have our own medical service.

About the company & team

Tendam

Tendam is one of the leading groups in Europe in the specialized fashion sector, backed by the track record, experience and growth achieved over more than 140 years of history.

We specialize in managing brands in the premium mass market segment, and the sum of all of them: Women’secret, Springfield, Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Hoss Intropia, Slowlove, High Spirits, Dash and Stars, OOTO and Fifty, exponentially multiplies the reach and capillarity of an innovative company with an international vocation. We distribute our collections in nearly 2,000 points of sale located on four continents.

Our brands have differential advantages that make them complementary without overlapping, with flexible commercial formats and adapted to markets of different sizes. Each one targets a specific audience and has its own creative, design and commercial teams, while sharing common management centers and corporate services.

As a Group, we take on the challenge of managing our operations efficiently and with environmental responsibility, and we set ourselves specific goals to address the industry's challenges in the fight against climate change and the protection of the environment; assessing the greatest risks in these areas and identifying the best opportunities to minimize their effects.

We are a 100% omnichannel company, intimately connected to our loyalty clubs, which makes us unique; with a digital model fully connected to a capillary and flexible store network.
