Due to increased activity, we are looking for a Packaging & Product Designer, based in Parets del Vallès, Barcelona.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing, adapting, and implementing packaging solutions for our products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and operational objectives.

• Design and develop packaging solutions for MCS products (SIM, SMD), ensuring compliance with technical, manufacturing, and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with packaging and printing suppliers on materials, tooling, final artwork, and mock-ups, evaluating technical alternatives.

• Manage technical documentation (layouts, specifications, drawings) accurately and within deadlines.

• Create prototypes and samples for customer validation and NPI activities, ensuring technical and manufacturable feasibility.

• Collaborate on NPI projects, including final artwork development, material selection, and documentation release.

• Ensure compliance with packaging regulations, security policies, and quality standards throughout all process phases.

• Degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Packaging Engineering, or related fields.

• Previous experience in packaging design within industrial or manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of packaging regulations, ISO 9001, and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

• Fluent Spanish and advanced English (technical and communicative).

• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Experience in regulated industrial environments (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP).

• Knowledge of prepress, final artwork validation, and printing.

• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Power BI, Minitab).

• Experience in NPI project management and working with multidisciplinary teams.

Debido a un aumento en la actividad, estamos buscando un/a Packaging & Product Designer, con sede en Parets del Vallès, Barcelona.

Como parte del equipo, serás responsable de desarrollar, adaptar e implementar soluciones de packaging para nuestros productos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente, estándares de calidad y objetivos operativos.

• Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de packaging para productos MCS (SIM, SMD), asegurando cumplimiento con requisitos técnicos, de manufactura y de seguridad.

• Coordinar con proveedores de empaque e impresión en materiales, herramientas, arte final y mock-ups, evaluando alternativas técnicas.

• Gestionar la documentación técnica (layouts, especificaciones, dibujos) con precisión y en plazos establecidos.

• Crear prototipos y muestras para validación del cliente y actividades NPI, asegurando viabilidad técnica y manufacturable.

• Colaborar en proyectos NPI, incluyendo desarrollo de arte final, selección de materiales y liberación de documentación.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de empaque, políticas de seguridad y estándares de calidad en todas las fases del proceso.

• Formación en Diseño Industrial, Diseño Gráfico, Ingeniería de Packaging o áreas afines.

• Experiencia previa en diseño de packaging en entornos industriales o de manufactura.

• Conocimiento de normativas de empaque, ISO 9001 y herramientas de diseño (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

• Nivel fluido de español e inglés alto (técnico y comunicativo).

• Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y orientación a la mejora continua.

• Experiencia en entornos industriales regulados (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP).

• Conocimiento en preprensa, validación de arte final e impresión.

• Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI, Minitab).

• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos NPI y trabajo con equipos multidisciplinares.
