What you'll do

As part of the Finance team, as a Finance Intern, you will support the local finance department in daily accounting, reporting, and control activities, gaining practical experience in a multinational environment with a strong focus on precision, internal control, and regulatory compliance, at our headquarters in Parets del Vallès.

  • Support in monthly closing activities, including the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and balance documentation.

  • Assistance in the review and analysis of financial data, helping to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of accounting information.

  • Contribution to reporting tasks and preparation of financial information for internal stakeholders (stakeholders).

  • Support in tracking accounts payable, including verification of invoices, supplier balances, and payment documentation.

  • Support in the loading and validation of invoices in the Immediate Supply of Information (SII) system, ensuring their consistency with accounting and tax records.

  • Download and review of import customs documents (DUAs) to support their precise accounting treatment and proper documentation.

  • Assistance with audit requests, tax documentation, and internal control evidence, ensuring the proper traceability of supporting documents.

  • Collaboration with Finance team members and other departments to resolve operational queries and improve administrative processes.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Recently completed university studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong digital skills, with knowledge of Power BI, data analysis tools, and process improvement solutions being desirable.
