Thales Cybersecurity & Digital Identity is a global leader in digital security, providing trust in an increasingly connected world. We design and offer a wide range of products, software, and services based on two main technologies: digital identification and data protection.

As part of the Finance team, as a Finance Intern, you will support the local finance department in daily accounting, reporting, and control activities, gaining practical experience in a multinational environment with a strong focus on precision, internal control, and regulatory compliance, at our headquarters in Parets del Vallès.

• Support in monthly closing activities, including the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and balance documentation.

• Assistance in the review and analysis of financial data, helping to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of accounting information.

• Contribution to reporting tasks and preparation of financial information for internal stakeholders (stakeholders).

• Support in tracking accounts payable, including verification of invoices, supplier balances, and payment documentation.

• Support in the loading and validation of invoices in the Immediate Supply of Information (SII) system, ensuring their consistency with accounting and tax records.

• Download and review of import customs documents (DUAs) to support their precise accounting treatment and proper documentation.

• Assistance with audit requests, tax documentation, and internal control evidence, ensuring the proper traceability of supporting documents.

• Collaboration with Finance team members and other departments to resolve operational queries and improve administrative processes.

• 1-year full-time internship program.
• Study aid of 1150€ gross/month.
• 22 days of vacation

• Recently completed university studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong digital skills, with knowledge of Power BI, data analysis tools, and process improvement solutions being desirable.

• Good level of English, both written and spoken.

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with numerical information accurately.

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Diseñamos y ofrecemos una amplia gama de productos, software y servicios basados en dos tecnologías principales: la identificación digital y la protección de datos.

Como parte del equipo de Finanzas, como Becario/a de Finanzas (Finance Intern), prestarás apoyo al departamento financiero local en las actividades diarias de contabilidad, reporte y control, adquiriendo experiencia práctica en un entorno multinacional con un fuerte enfoque en la precisión, el control interno y el cumplimiento normativo, en nuestra sede en Parets del Vallés.

• Apoyo en las actividades de cierre mensual, incluyendo la preparación de asientos contables, conciliaciones y documentación de saldos.

• Asistencia en la revisión y análisis de datos financieros, ayudando a garantizar la precisión, coherencia e integridad de la información contable.

• Contribución a las tareas de reporte y preparación de información financiera para las partes interesadas (stakeholders) internas.

• Apoyo en el seguimiento de cuentas por pagar, incluyendo la verificación de facturas, saldos de proveedores y documentación de pagos.

• Soporte en la carga y validación de facturas en el sistema de Suministro Inmediato de Información (SII), asegurando su coherencia con los registros contables y fiscales.

• Descarga y revisión de documentos aduaneros de importación (DUAs) para respaldar su tratamiento contable preciso y su correcta documentación.

• Asistencia con solicitudes de auditoría, documentación fiscal y evidencias de control interno, garantizando la trazabilidad adecuada de los documentos justificativos.

• Colaboración con los miembros del equipo de Finanzas y otros departamentos para resolver consultas operativas y mejorar los procesos administrativos.

• Programa de 1 año de beca a jornada completa.

• Estudios universitarios recién finalizados en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía o similar.

• Competencias avanzadas de Excel y sólidas habilidades digitales, siendo deseable el conocimiento de Power BI, herramientas de análisis de datos y soluciones de mejora de procesos.

• Buen nivel de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.

• Mentalidad analítica, atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar con información numérica de manera precisa.

• Actitud proactiva, disposición para aprender y capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa en un entorno de equipo.
