About the role

At The White Consulting we are looking for 2 Senior OpenShift Administrators for a strategic project in infrastructure and security.

The position is aimed at a senior profile with extensive experience in OpenShift 4.x, deployments from scratch, advanced cluster administration, and troubleshooting complex issues in hybrid infrastructures with VMware vSphere and bare-metal nodes with GPUs for AI.

The role is 100% on-site in Madrid (Hipódromo area) and offers stability, a full-time schedule, and a high-level technical environment.

What you'll do

  • Deployment, administration, and maintenance of OpenShift 4.x clusters in air-gapped environments.

  • Installation from scratch using UPI / ABI.

  • Cluster management on VMware vSphere and bare-metal nodes.

  • Administration of platforms with NVIDIA GPUs oriented to AI workloads.

  • Monitoring and observability with:

    • Prometheus

    • Grafana

    • Logging

  • Storage administration with ODF.

  • Management of offline mirror registry (Red Hat Quay).

  • Execution of offline updates for OpenShift.

  • Diagnosis and resolution of critical incidents:

    • Nodes

    • Operators

    • Networking

    • Storage

  • Active participation in improving the stability, security, and performance of the platform.
