Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher-level vocational training (FP) as a Senior Technician in Network Computer Systems Administration or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in the position.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
Proficient and solid knowledge of the Linux environment: installation, administration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting (essential).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (environment, basic administration, and support).
Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment, operating systems, and applications.
Ability to diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues.
Experience using ticketing tools (ISTM) and following up on incidents.
Skill in managing incidents, requests, and user inquiries efficiently.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective system maintenance.
Collaborate on documenting solutions and work with other technical teams.
Communication skills, user orientation, and teamwork.
