About the role

At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for an OpenShift Applications Technician to join a highly critical on-premise environment, focused on the operation, standardization, and support of application platforms.

The role is focused on managing the application layer on OpenShift, defining procedures, best practices, and working collaboratively with systems, security, and development teams.
The position is 100% on-site in Madrid (Hipódromo area) and offers a stable, full-time role in an advanced technical environment.

What you'll do

  • Operation and management of application platforms on OpenShift.

  • Definition, maintenance, and improvement of technical procedures and documentation.

  • Establishment of standards and best practices for application operations.

  • Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams (Systems, Security, Development).

  • Support for deployments, operations, and application monitoring.

  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of the platform.

  • High technical responsibility in critical production environments.
