✔ Document management

✔ Telephone and customer service

✔ General administrative management

✔ Support for other departments

🎯 2-month contract (vacation cover), with possibility of continuation depending on internal needs

💰 Salary: €10.53 gross/hour

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM (25 hours weekly)

✔ Vocational training or degree in Administration

✔ Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative functions

✔ Proficiency in computer tools and management programs

✔ Organizational skills and attention to detail

✔ Communication skills and customer service

✔ Experience in industrial or production environments is a plus
