Venture Lead Spin-off - Vigo (surrounding area)

From Michael Page, we are looking for a Venture Lead with an entrepreneurial profile in Galicia, with experience in business development and deep tech technologies, with the aim of leading the creation and validation of a new technological spin-off. The person will be responsible for defining the business strategy, driving commercialization, and preparing the future incorporation of the company.

• Participate in a spin-off creation program with a high success rate.
• Development of innovative technologies.

• Define the vision, financial strategy, and business plan of the future spin-off.
• Lead commercial validation and market development of the technology.
• Establish strategic relationships with clients, partners, and investors.
• Drive fundraising processes and negotiations with potential stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with the research team and current founders.
• Design and execute initial pilots or first sales with industry leaders.
• Lead the negotiation of technology transfer terms.

• Salary range between €40,000 and €50,000 fixed gross per year.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach.
• Availability for full-time dedication to the project and to work in a hybrid model (on-site and remote).

• Formación universitaria en ADE con base técnica o Ingeniería.
• MBA muy valorable.
• Experiencia como fundador/a o cofundador/a de startups tecnológicas con clientes reales y tracción.
• Experiencia en liderazgo y captación de financiación.
• Valorable experiencia previa en programas de maduración pre-spin-off.
• Mentalidad emprendedora, visión estratégica, habilidades de negociación y enfoque hands-on.
• Disponibilidad para una dedicación full time al proyecto y para trabajar en modelo híbrido (presencial y teletrabajo).
