We are looking for a SECOND PERSON IN CHARGE (M/F/X) FOR THE DECORATING AND PAINTING SECTION in ALCORCÓN

Do you have experience in the DIY or big-box retail sector and are you passionate about customer service and team management? This could be your opportunity!

We are looking for a Second Person in Charge of the Section to join the team of a major DIY store, supporting the Head of Decorating and Painting in the commercial, operational and human management of the section, ensuring an excellent customer experience and compliance with the company's quality standards.

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

What you'll do

✔️ Support the Head of Section in coordinating and supervising the team.

✔️ Ensure excellent, personalised and sales-oriented customer service.

✔️ Carry out complex sales actions and provide specialised advice.

✔️ Ensure proper restocking and product availability in the store.

✔️ Monitor stock, avoiding breakage, overstock and obsolete products.

✔️ Take part in the planning and execution of commercial campaigns and promotions.

✔️ Coordinate changes to product layout and presentation in the store.

✔️ Collaborate in the training, integration and development of team members.

✔️ Plan schedules and shifts according to the needs of the section.

🎯 Contract: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period.

💰 Salary: Between €20,000 and €23,000 gross per year, depending on experience and performance.

🏆 Incentives and benefits: Variable incentive based on sales targets of up to €380. €65 bonus for each Sunday or public holiday worked (8-hour shift). Language bonus (English or German): €1,000 per year after passing the probationary period.
