We wish to incorporate into the Faculty of Law an Academic Coordinator for the Master's Degree in Administrative Management.

In accordance with the Academic Directorate, and with the support of the different cross-cutting departments of the University, the Academic Coordinator will contribute to the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the Faculty regarding academic management and coordination of processes affecting students and professors:

What you'll do

  • Promote the growth of the degree with the transversal departments.

  • Promote the institutional development of the degree through the signing of alliances, agreements, representation at conferences, and other dissemination events.

  • Implement common criteria regarding academic organization and teaching planning.

  • Compliance with the growth objectives of the degree.

  • Support in the selection process, talent search, and recruitment of candidates.

  • Coordinate the internal organization of the degree according to the guidelines of the Faculty.

  • Coordinate the update processes of the Faculty's information system.

  • Coordinate student service processes.

  • Maintain periodic communication with students, inform them, and incorporate their proposals.

  • Ensure the adaptation of teaching and services to needs.

  • Hold periodic faculty meetings with the teaching staff of the degree.

  • Address student incidents and those of the teaching staff.

  • Promote networking among students.

  • Participate in the design of annual improvement plans for the degree and drive their implementation.

  • Receive and channel improvement proposals.

  • Coordinate student satisfaction analysis.

  • Ensure continuous improvement and quality of the degree, following the academic excellence requirements of the University and the processes related to ANECA.

Nice to have

  • Participation in processes for the verification, modification, monitoring, or accreditation of official degrees.

  • Knowledge of the virtual teaching model and of the academic procedures specific to official degree programs.

  • Academic or professional relationship with official colleges of administrative managers or other institutions in the sector.

Minimum requirements

  • Doctorate in Law, Business Administration, or Political Science.

  • University teaching experience in official degree programs.

  • Experience in academic coordination, teaching management, or direction of university programs.

  • Professional accreditation as an Administrative Manager.

  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teaching teams.

  • Residence in Spain.
