Join the team of Information Officers at the Montseny Natural Park and be part of a key initiative for the preservation of the natural environment. In this case, we are looking for profiles for the information points at Plana Amagada, Collformic, and Tagamanent, where you will be the point of reference for guiding visitors, helping promote good environmental practices, answering questions, and raising awareness among users about the importance of preserving this natural space.

• Providing attention, guidance, and advice to visitors about the Park, the municipalities, the Network of Natural Parks, and the surrounding area. 
• Providing information about points of interest, cultural and leisure activities, and local products and services. 
• Collecting and analyzing anonymous visitor data (attendance, profile, and habits), including surveys. 
• Distributing informational materials and managing the loan of educational or adapted materials. 
• Managing the inventory of publications and materials. 
• Regulating access and parking when necessary. 
• Updating informational content on the SGPN and the Park website. 
• Collaborating on activities and events organized by the SGPN or the municipalities. 
• Promoting and selling local products and materials related to the area.  

What will the salary be?

€18,397.67 gross per year for a full-time position (the proportional part for the part-time schedule must be calculated). A daily travel allowance of €11.50 will be paid.

Where will you work?

In Montseny, at one of the following locations, depending on the assigned vacancy:

• Can Figueres
• Tagamanent 
• Plana Amagada

What type of contract do we offer?

We offer a permanent seasonal contract for Can Figueres and a temporary contract (substitution) for Tagamanent.

When will you start?

For the Can Figueres vacancy, the contract is open-ended. For Tagamanent, the contract duration will be tied to the end of the corresponding substitution.

What will your schedule be?

Part-time schedule of 10 hours per week. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

• Minimum education of ESO (compulsory secondary education) or equivalent.  
• Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. 
• Hold a driver's license (B1) and have access to a personal vehicle (This requirement is necessary to reach the workplace, not to perform the job itself).     
• Obtain a certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses (we will guide you through the process).  
• Reside in municipalities near Montseny.

​​Uneix-te a l’equip d’Informadors/es del Parc Natural del Montseny i forma part d’una iniciativa clau per a la preservació de l’entorn natural. En aquest cas, estem buscant perfils pels punts d’informació de Plana Amagada, Collformic i Tagamanent, on seràs la persona de referència per orientar els visitants, contribuiràs a promoure bones pràctiques ambientals, resoldre consultes i sensibilitzar els usuaris sobre la importància de conservar aquest espai natural.

• ​Atenció, orientació i assessorament als visitants sobre el Parc, els municipis, la Xarxa de Parcs Naturals i l’entorn. 
• ​Facilitació d’informació sobre punts d’interès, activitats culturals i de lleure, i oferta de productes i serveis locals. 
• ​Recollida i anàlisi de dades anònimes de visitants (afluència, perfil i hàbits), incloent enquestes. 
• ​Lliurament de material divulgatiu i gestió del préstec de material pedagògic o adaptat. 
• ​Gestió de l’inventari de publicacions i materials. 
• ​Regulació d’accessos i aparcaments quan sigui necessari. 
• ​Actualització de continguts informatius al SGPN i a la web del Parc. 
• ​Col·laboració en activitats i actes organitzats pel SGPN o pels municipis. 
• ​Promoció i venda de productes locals i materials relacionats amb el territori.  

​Quin serà el salari?

18.397,67€ bruts anuals a jornada completa (s’ha de calcular la part proporcional de la jornada). Es pagaran 11,50€ diaris pel desplaçament.

​Quin tipus de contracte oferim?

Oferim un contracte fix discontinu per Can Figueres id'interinitat (substitució) pel Tagamanent.

​Quan serà la teva incorporació?

En el cas de la vacant de Can Figueres, duració indefinida. Per Tagamanent la durada del contracte estarà vinculada a la finalització de la substitució corresponent.

​Quina serà la teva jornada i horari?

Jornada parcial de 10h/setmanals. Dissabtes, diumenges i festius de 9h a 14h.

• ​Titulació mínima d’ESO o el seu corresponent equivalent.  
• ​Domini del Català i Castellà. 
• ​Disposar de carnet de conduir (B1) i vehicle propi (Aquest requisit és necessari per poder arribar al centre de treball, no per exercir la feina com a tal).     
• ​Tramitar el certificat de delictes sexuals (t’ensenyem com tramitar-ho).  
• ​Residir a municipis propers al Montseny.
