• Providing attention, guidance, and advice to visitors about the Park, the municipalities, the Network of Natural Parks, and the environment.
• Providing information about points of interest, cultural and leisure activities, and local products and services.
• Collecting and analyzing anonymous visitor data (attendance, profile, and habits), including surveys.
• Delivering educational materials and managing the loan of pedagogical or adapted materials.
• Managing the inventory of publications and materials.
• Managing access and parking when necessary.
• Updating informational content on the SGPN and the Park's website.
• Collaborating on activities and events organized by the SGPN or the municipalities.
• Promoting and selling local products and materials related to the area.

Join the team of Information Officers at the Montseny Natural Park and be part of a key initiative for the preservation of the natural environment. In this case, we are looking for profiles for the Plana Amagada information point, where you will be the reference person for guiding visitors, you will help promote good environmental practices, answer queries and raise awareness among users about the importance of conserving this natural space.

What type of contract do we offer? We offer a temporary contract (substitution) to work at Plana Amagada.

When will you start? The duration of the contract will be linked to the end of the corresponding substitution.

What will your working hours be? Part-time position of 10 hours/week. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

What will the salary be? €18,397.67 gross per year for full-time work (the proportional part of the working hours must be calculated). €11.50 per day will be paid for travel expenses.

• Minimum qualification of ESO or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
• Holding a driving license (B1) and having own vehicle (This requirement is necessary to reach the workplace, not to perform the job itself).
• Processing the certificate of sexual offenses (we will teach you how to process it).
• Residing in municipalities near Montseny.
