We are looking for a Building and Facilities Maintenance Technician for our office in Logroño to ensure the proper functioning, conservation, and safety of our offices, guaranteeing efficient, safe, and comfortable workspaces.

What you'll do

🔧 Preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks at our facilities.

  • Carry out minor repairs in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and masonry.

  • Supervise the proper functioning of HVAC, lighting, and other general installations.

  • Detect incidents and propose preventive actions to avoid breakdowns or damage.
