We are looking for an Agent Developer with solid experience in Python, GenAI, and Agentic AI architectures to join a strategic project where you will lead the development and integration of advanced AI solutions capable of automating complex processes and generating real value for the business.

What you'll do

You will participate in the design, development, and evolution of solutions based on Generative AI and Intelligent Agents, working closely with business, data, and technology teams.

Among your responsibilities will be:

Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and multi-agent architectures for production environments.

Define and implement tool/function calling mechanisms so that agents interact securely with APIs, databases, and corporate systems.

Design and develop backend services and APIs in Python to host and orchestrate intelligent agents.

Integrate LLM models through platforms such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI into corporate tools and business processes.

Define development standards, testing, and best practices for Agentic AI solutions.

Implement monitoring, logging, and observability mechanisms to analyze agent performance, behavior, and failures.

Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and data teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting the adoption of best practices and the team's technical growth.
