In this environment of innovation and commitment, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager for the La Candelaria Thermal Power Plant, located in Las Caletillas (Tenerife)📍. 

👉What will your main duties be?

What you'll do

  • Organize, supervise and ensure the correct execution of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of the equipment (units, boilers, pumps, auxiliary systems, etc.) in accordance with procedures, technical specifications and good practices.

  • Planning and scheduling of work, as well as unit shutdowns and overhauls, using the CMMS (PRISMA/SAP).

  • Management of the staff under your responsibility.

  • Ensure compliance with the occupational Health and Safety policy at work: permits, use of PPE, risk analysis and safety talks. 

  • Liaising with the client. 

  • Financial management and certification of the work carried out. 

  • Management of spare parts and materials.

  • Ensure quality and environmental compliance.

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and/or similar.

  • Advanced knowledge of OFFICE SOFTWARE and CMMS.
