HSE Technician.

- Collect the necessary data to analyze the accident rate. 

– Carry out risk assessments, proposing preventive actions for approval by the management of the area. 

–Collaborate with the Occupational Health surveillance services regarding the health monitoring of workers. 

– Collaborate in the preparation of emergency or self-protection plans, drills, etc., within their area of management. 

– Propose training plans regarding H&S within their area of management, provide the information and training required in their role, as well as monitor the implementation of the training plans. 

– Collaborate in the preparation of annual prevention plans and reports, facilitating the monitoring of their implementation, and report the results to management.

 – Review and assess the legal requirements applicable to their area of management

 – Advise and provide support regarding the obligations for coordinating business activities to the business units – Propose organizational and process improvements. 

– Participate in bidding and procurement processes to ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements regarding H&S. 

– Carry out the activities of the annual plans under their responsibility and promote those that are not. 

– Ensure the periodic updating of the Management System by adapting the common documentation of the system. 

– Collaborate and participate in the audits of the management systems.. – May participate in the Occupational Health and Safety Committees within their area of management.

– Conduct the internal audits assigned to them.

 – Provide maintenance services for the H&S management system.

 – Participate in the projects assigned to them. 

– Propose organizational and process improvements to reduce accident rates.

 – Ensure the proper functioning of the Coordinaqua platform. 

– Perform legislative review to ensure the updating of documents.

Qualification:  3 SPECIALTIES IN H&S (OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE AND ERGONOMICS/APPLIED PSYCHOSOCIOLOGY) AND PREFERABLY TECHNICAL EDUCATION/ENGINEERING.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the position will be valued.

Proficiency in Catalan and English.

A driving license is essential.

- Recoger los datos necesarios para analizar la siniestralidad producida. 

– Realizar las evaluaciones de riesgo, proponiendo acciones preventivas para su aprobación por la dirección del ámbito. 

–Colaborar con los servicios de Vigilancia de la Salud en lo referido a la revisión de la salud de los trabajadores. 

– Colaborar en la elaboración de los planes de emergencia o autoprotección, simulacros, etc., de su ámbito de gestión. 

– Proponer los planes de formación en lo referido a S&SL de su ámbito de gestión, llevar a cabo la información y las formaciones que se requiera en su figura, así como llevar a cabo el seguimiento de los planes de formación. 

– Colaborar en la elaboración de los planes y memorias anuales preventivos, facilitando el seguimiento de su ejecución e informar a la dirección de los resultados.

 – Revisar y evaluar los requisitos legales aplicables a su ámbito de gestión

 – Asesorar y dar soporte en las obligaciones de coordinación de actividades empresariales a los negocios – Proponer mejoras de organización y de procesos. 

– Participar en los procesos de licitación y compras para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y técnicos en materia de S&SL. 

– Desarrollar las actividades de los planes anuales que están bajo su responsabilidad e impulsar las que no lo estén. 

– Asegurar la actualización periódica del Sistema de Gestión, mediante la adaptación de la documentación común del sistema. 

– Colaborar y participar en las auditorías de los sistemas de gestión.. – Puede participar en los Comités de Seguridad y Salud Laboral ámbito de su gestión.

– Realizar las auditorías internas que le sean asignadas.

 – Prestar los servicios de mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de S&SL.

 – Participar en los proyectos que le sean asignados. 

– Proponer mejoras de organización y de procesos para mejorar los índices de siniestralidad.

 – Velar por el correcto funcionamiento de la plataforma Coordinaqua. 

– Realizar la revisión legislativa para asegurar la actualización de los documentos.
