PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Cleaning and Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring hygiene, order, and cleanliness standards in the different areas of the facility. In addition, they will carry out basic maintenance tasks and provide support in certain jobs as needed, helping to maintain a safe, orderly, and operational environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What you'll do

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS


1. CLEANING AND ORDER IN COMMON AND ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS

  • Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of offices, changing rooms, dining areas, and bathrooms
  • Carry out sweeping and mopping of floors
  • Clean furniture and glass surfaces
  • Empty waste bins and replenish consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
  • Care for and clean gardens and access roads

2. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF INDUSTRIAL AREAS

  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the process room and pumping stations
  • Remove dust and clean technical surfaces
  • Clean handrails and walkways
  • Ensure that industrial areas meet safety and hygiene standards

3. WASTE MANAGEMENT

  • Sort waste according to established protocols
  • Remove waste to designated collection points
  • Maintain order in waste storage areas

4. SUPPORT IN MAINTENANCE TASKS

  • Provide support to the maintenance team in different fields: hydraulic and electrical installations, maintenance of metal structures, and civil works
  • Carry out work according to service needs under supervision
  • Collaborate on minor repairs and infrastructure improvements

5. SAFETY AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

  • Demonstrate awareness of safety and hygiene standards in all tasks
