About the role
Veolia Solar needs to hire a Maintenance Technician for solar plants, to carry out maintenance of solar plants awarded in the province of Almería, in the towns of Huércal-Overa and Almería, as well as support for plants in the province of MURCIA. Occasionally, support will also be needed for the new construction department, carrying out work throughout the national territory.
Main duties:
What you'll do
- Carry out all types of preventive maintenance at the plants: inspection of modules, structure, performance of tests (IV curves, insulation, thermography, etc.), maintenance of transformer centers at photovoltaic plants.
- Troubleshooting faults (modules, module strings, DC and AC boxes, LV meters, communication faults (within the plant's internal network, in the inverter-meter communication system)).
- Computer network knowledge and basic commands for managing/configuring equipment such as routers/gateways/moxa, etc. are essential.
- Plot maintenance tasks (clearing, etc.) will also be carried out.

Funciones principales:

- Realizar mantenimientos preventivos de todo tipo en las plantas: Revisión de módulos, estructura, realización de pruebas (curvas IV, aislamiento, termografías,..), mantenimiento centros de transformación de plantas fotovoltaicas.
- Resolución averías (módulos, cadenas de módulos, cajas CC y CA, contadores BT, averías comunicación (en red interna planta, en sistema comunicación inversores-contadores)).
- Imprescindibles conocimientos de redes informáticas y comandos básicos para la gestión/configuración de equipos tipo router/pasarela/moxa, etc.
- También se realizarán tareas de mantenimiento de las parcelas (desbroces, etc.).

Otros requisitos que se valorarán sin ser imprescindibles:
- Experiencia con inversores ingeteam o siel.
- Experiencia en otros sectores realizando tareas de mantenimiento eléctrico / redes / comunicaciones en general.
- Experiencia en maniobras MT para plantas fotovoltaicas y mantenimiento de centros de transformación para plantas fotovoltaicas.
