Self-Service Store Associate with Weekends Off - Inca

• You will serve and advise our customers
  You will help them find the ideal products for their professional needs.

• You will manage the day-to-day of the store
  Receiving merchandise, restocking, inventory control, administrative management, and maintaining the space.

• You will work toward goals with a focus on the customer experience
  Along with the rest of the team, you will contribute to the smooth operation and results of the store.

• Permanent contract from day one

• Weekends off, always
  You will have guaranteed rest on Saturdays and Sundays, something unusual in retail.

• Buen Menú card for meals
  You will receive a daily meal allowance of €10.50.

• Continuous training and support
  You will learn from the start with our training plan so you feel confident and grow day by day.

• Fixed + variable compensation system
  Your fixed salary will be supplemented with incentives based on goals, recognizing your commitment and results.

• Team environment and real autonomy
  You will manage the store with autonomy, but you will always have the support of a committed team.

• Schedule Always Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 1:45 PM and 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM, and Fridays the same but we close one hour earlier, at 5:00 PM!

• Experience in hardware, industrial supply, and/or DIY

• Atenderás y asesorarás a nuestros clientes
  Les ayudarás a encontrar los productos ideales para sus necesidades profesionales.

• Gestionarás el día a día de la tienda
  Recepción de mercancía, reposición, control de stock, gestión administrativa y mantenimiento del espacio.

• Trabajarás por objetivos y con foco en la experiencia del cliente
  Junto al resto del  equipo, contribuirás al buen funcionamiento y los resultados de la tienda.

• Contrato indefinido desde el primer día

• Fines de semana libres, siempre
  Tendrás tu descanso garantizado los sábados y domingos, algo poco habitual en retail.

• Tarjeta Buen Menú para las comidas
  Dispondrás diariamente de una ayuda de 10,50€ para la comida.

  Aprenderás desde el inicio con nuestro plan de formación para que te sientas seguro/a y crezcas en tu día a día.

• Sistema de retribución fijo + variable
  A tu salario fijo se sumarán incentivos por objetivos, reconociendo tu implicación y resultados.

• Ambiente de equipo y autonomía real
  Gestionarás la tienda con autonomía, pero siempre contarás con el apoyo de un equipo comprometido.

• Horario Siempre de lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 13:45 y 15:15 a 18:00 y los viernes igual pero cerramos una hora antes, a las 17:00!

• Experiencia en ferretería, suministro industrial y/o bricolaje
