The role

The Copy & Product Communications Project Specialist ensures that Camper's copy and product communication initiatives move efficiently from idea to delivery.

This role acts as the operational backbone of the Brand Copy & Product Communications team, coordinating projects across Product, Brand, Digital, Design, and Content teams while continuously improving workflows, operational processes, and team efficiency through better systems and automation.

What you'll do

Lead the creation and maintenance of product communication tools, ensuring accurate, consistent, and accessible product information across the business.

  • Own the maintenance of core product information databases, partnering with Product teams to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • Create and deliver product communication tools in a timely manner, ensuring consistent technical product messaging across internal teams.

  • Manage the end-to-end Product Detail Page (PDP) process, ensuring all product information is uploaded accurately, consistently, and on time.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related information, providing timely and accurate support to internal teams.

  • Consolidate product features, benefits, and key messaging to support go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.

  • 2. Copy & Product Comms Operations

    Coordinate the operational delivery of copy and product communication projects, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear workflows, and timely execution across teams.

    Responsibilities include

    • Coordinate copy and product communication initiatives from brief through delivery.

    • Structure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track.

    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Copy, Product, Design, Digital, Brand, and Content teams.

    • Ensure clear communication and effective information flow between stakeholders throughout each project.

    • Coordinate product communication processes, including packaging and product storytelling initiatives.

    • Coordinate copy production for campaigns and launches, managing workloads, deadlines, and deliverables.

    • Manage the full translation lifecycle.

    • Coordinate internal and external copywriting and translation resources when required.

    • Act as the primary contact for external translation agencies.

    • Track project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively follow up to ensure timely delivery.

    • Ensure projects are delivered according to brief, timeline, and budget.
      3. Workflow & operational efficiency

      Drive continuous improvements to the team's operational processes by simplifying workflows, improving systems, and supporting automation initiatives.

      Responsibilities include

      • Document and continuously improve copy and product communication workflows.

      • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose practical process improvements.

      • Support the implementation of AI tools for translation, copy iteration, and workflow automation.

      • Coordinate operational improvement initiatives with the Business Technology team.

      • Lead the Product Information Management (PIM) project, driving the centralisation and governance of product information to create a single source of truth in partnership with Product teams.

      4. Team operations & coordination

      Support the day-to-day operational planning of the Copy & Product Communications team, ensuring visibility, organisation, and smooth execution.

      Responsibilities include

      • Maintain visibility of project timelines, priorities, and workload across the team.

      • Support the Brand Copy & Product Communications Manager in operational planning and prioritisation.

      • Ensure project requests are clearly defined before execution.

      • Help maintain alignment across Product, Brand, Digital, and Content teams.

      • Monitor copy performance data with Digital and Retail teams to support continuous optimisation across channels.

      • Monitor the copy budget, process invoices, track invoice status, and maintain accurate expenditure records.

      • Competencies & Profile

        Project Coordination: Strong ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity, organisation, and operational efficiency.

        Operational Excellence: Process-oriented with a strong focus on execution, organisation, and continuous improvement.

        Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with Product, Brand, Digital, Design, and Content teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

        Language & Brand Sensitivity: Excellent English and Spanish communication skills with an understanding of tone of voice, product communication, and brand consistency.

      • Digital & AI Fluency: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with a strong interest in emerging AI technologies and the potential to become a key user, driving the adoption of new tools and workflow improvements across the team.
