You will have a permanent contract from day one in a position where you can showcase your skills in customer relations and telephone sales. 

Through your work, you will not only sell our products, but you will also make your customers' day-to-day easier, becoming an important part of their business. Therefore, your mission will be: 

• Handling, advising and selling to customers on the product that best fits their needs, with the goal of providing the best service while achieving your sales targets.

• You will make calls to Würth's customer portfolio. 

What will your responsibilities be as a telesales person? 

• Reach your sales targets by providing the best customer service. 

• You will manage the customer relationship in full: sales, follow-up, issues, etc.

• You will have a permanent contract.

• Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Fridays.

• The possibility of working from home.

• Your workplace is located in Agoncillo (La Rioja). 

• We have a canteen service and our own cafeteria on the premises.

What will make you successful as a TeleSales agent at Würth?

• Your will to learn – our market is constantly evolving, so you will always be in ongoing training.

• That you enjoy dealing with people and have good communication skills, as they are essential for telephone sales. 

• In sales, one of the keys to success is building trust with the customer, which you will achieve through perseverance, honesty and transparency. 

• You should also be optimistic and ambitious, as this will help you grow professionally.

• Training in sales and marketing, or experience in sales experience in telesales. It will also be very helpful to know our products, but if you have experience in other sectors, don't worry – we will teach you about the products ourselves.

A través de tu trabajo, no solo venderás nuestros productos, sino que facilitarás el día a día de tus clientes convirtiéndote en una parte importante de su negocio, por lo que tu misión será: 

• La atención, asesoramiento y ventas al cliente sobre el producto que mejor encaje con sus necesidades con la meta de dar el mejor servicio al mismo tiempo que alcanzas tus objetivos de venta.

• Emitirás llamadas a una cartera de clientes de Würth. 

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades como tele vendedor/a? 

• Alcanzar tus objetivos de venta dándole el mejor trato y servicio al cliente. 

• Gestionaras íntegramente el cliente, venta, seguimiento , incidencias etc.

• Dispondrás de contrato indefinido.

• El horario es de 8:00 a 17:30 de lunes a jueves y de 8:00 a 14:00 los viernes.

• Posibilidad de realizar teletrabajo. 

• Tu sede de trabajo esta ubicada en Agoncillo (La Rioja). 

• Contamos con servicio de comedor y cantina propia en las instalaciones.
