USP SMEs Subscription Internship

As a USP SMEs Subscriber, you will need to manage different areas that are important for the development and improvement of the business segment. To do so, your duties will be:

• Managing and reviewing documentation received from the commercial channel or clients.
• Entering data into internal systems following established procedures.
• Handling basic internal queries (email, Teams, systems).
• Recording and updating information in corporate tools.
• Following up on assigned tasks and reporting incidents.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
• Participating in internal training on procedures, products, and systems.

• Ability to learn and adapt to procedures and systems.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Organization and planning.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Internal and external client orientation.
• Responsibility and commitment to the task.
• Advanced knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel.
• Quotes for simple business (Retail, SMEs, and RC Fast Flow).

• A collaboration agreement with the University and/or Business School of at least 6 months is required, with the possibility of extension.

• This is a paid internship of €800.
• Plus, you'll have access to training, and much more!

• Part-time (5h/day from Monday to Friday).
• The location will be at our Madrid offices... although we'd like to mention that we have an 80% remote work policy!

• We love volunteering, but we prefer to be activists for change. How? By focusing on young people at risk of social exclusion or fighting climate change through actions such as reforesting forests in Madrid and Doñana National Park. In 2024 we did more than 20,000 hours of activism.

Como Suscriptor de USP Pymes, deberás gestionar diferentes apartados de importancia para el desarrollo y mejora del segmento de negocios. Para ello, tus funciones serán:

• Gestión y revisión de documentación recibida del canal comercial o clientes.
• Carga de datos en los sistemas internos siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos
• Atención a consultas internas básicas (correo, Teams, sistemas)
• Registro y actualización de información en herramientas corporativas.
• Seguimiento de tareas asignadas y reporte de incidencias.
• Colaboración con el equipo para garantizar el cumplimiento de los SLA y la calidad del servicio.
• Participación en formaciones internas sobre procedimientos, productos y sistemas.

• Capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación a procedimientos y sistemas.
• Atención al detalle y enfoque en la calidad.
• Organización y planificación.
• Trabajo en equipo y colaboración.
• Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
• Orientación al cliente interno y externo.
• Responsabilidad y compromiso con la tarea.
• Conocimientos avanzados paquete Office, especialmente en Excel.
• Cotizaciones de negocio sencillo (Comercio, PYMES y RC Fast Flow).

• Se requiere poder realizar un convenio de colaboración con la Universidad y/o Escuela de Negocios de un mínimo de 6 meses con posibilidad de extensión.

• Son prácticas remuneradas de 800€.
• Además, tendrás acceso a formación, ¡y mucho más!

• Jornada parcial (5h/día de lunes a viernes).
• La ubicación será en nuestras oficinas de Madrid... ¡aunque nos gustaría comentarte que tenemos una política del 80% de teletrabajo!

Poniendo nuestro foco en jóvenes que están en riesgo de exclusión social o luchando contra el cambio climático con acciones como la reforestación de bosques en Madrid y en el Parque de Doñana.
