And you might be wondering: Mariana, what's a day in the life like wearing the Zurich jersey? I love that you asked (I wondered the same thing myself):

You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of:

• Pricing models in Radar Base and integration with Radar Live
• Risk models for Auto insurance, ensuring the technical profitability of the product
• Predictive models (conversion, price elasticity, CLV, etc.) adapted to the different distribution channels to meet the main business needs.

You will adapt current rates to new business opportunities

You will ensure an adequate data structure to optimize the processes of preparing, executing, and analyzing large technical data sources to guarantee a robust output.

You will be in charge of developing and implementing technical solutions based on Machine Learning to improve pricing and subscription.

You will build visual tools for analysis and reporting (evolution, profitability, performance, etc.) for the business, both for new production and for the existing portfolio.

You will propose action plans based on analysis and monitoring to anticipate market movements.

Don't worry—I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of pricing software (Emblem, Radar, etc.) - WTW suite.
• Programming skills: SAS, Python, R, and preferably experience with cloud computing structures (AWS, etc.).
• Preferred knowledge and experience with Machine Learning techniques.
• Analytical skills, sound decision-making, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Autonomy and organization to work proactively.
• Communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Innovation, proactivity, and business acumen.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Llevarás el diseño, elaboración, implantación y mantenimiento de:

• Tarifas en Radar Base y conexión con Radar Live
• modelos de riesgo de Autos, garantizando la rentabilidad técnica del producto
• Modelos predictivos (conversión, elasticidad al precio, CMA, etc) adaptados a los distintos canales de distribución que ayuden a dar respuesta a las principales necesidades del negocio.

Adaptarás las tarifas actuales a las nuevas oportunidades de negocio

Garantizarás una adecuada estructura de datos que permita optimizar los procesos de preparación, ejecución y análisis de grandes fuentes de datos técnicos para garantizar un output robusto

Te encargarás del desarrollo e implementación de soluciones técnicas basadas en Machine Learning para la mejora del pricing y la suscripción.

Construirás herramientas visuales para el análisis y reporting (evolución, rentabilidad, performance etc) del negocio tanto en nueva producción como en cartera.

Harás propuestas de acciones en base a análisis y seguimientos que permita anticiparnos a los movimientos del mercado

No te preocupes, no te voy a pedir que salves el planeta ni que cumplas el 100% de los requisitos.

• Licenciado/a en Ciencias Actuariales, Estadísticas, Matemáticas, Data Science, o formaciones relacionadas
• Experiencia mínima 3 años en funciones similares
• Conocimientos avanzados en softwares de pricing (Emblem, Radar, etc) - suite WTW
• Conocimientos en programación: SAS, Python, R, y deseable en estructuras de computación en la nube (AWS, etc)
• Deseable conocimiento y manejo de técnicas de Machine Learning.
• Capacidad analítica, toma de decisiones fundamentadas y orientadas a resultados.
• Autonomía y organización para avanzar de forma proactiva.
• Capacidad de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
• Innovación, proactividad y visión de negocio.
• Nivel medio-alto de inglés.
