Claims Handler - Communities and Commerce

I'm Celia, the recruiter for this position. I love musical theater, karaoke, and starting series, although sometimes I struggle to finish them. You might think I'm a scattered person but, nothing could be further from the truth! Pleased to meet you!

• You'll handle claims for Commerce and Communities up to €30,000.
• You'll interact with policyholders, external collaborators, experts, lawyers, and assistance companies, among others.
• You'll provide phone support to our customers to deliver the best service.
• You'll work toward achieving the unit's goals for recovery rates, average costs, and fraud detection.

Don't worry—I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

• Experience in handling claims for Commerce and Communities.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in telephone customer service.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude toward learning and tackling the challenges that claims present.
• Availability to commute to the office at least once a week, located at Plaza Solidaridad 12, Málaga.
• If you already know our internal tools, like INFO or ZCLAIMS, it'll be a huge plus!
• We're team players, and we love it when our colleagues are too—are you?
