Claims Handler for Communities and Commercial Insurance - Málaga

I'm Leyre, the recruiter for this position. I love writing and reading horror stories, but what I enjoy most is a good family meal with the people I love most. If you like seventies and eighties music as much as I do, we'll definitely hit it off!

And you might be wondering: Leyre, what will my day-to-day be like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you ask that question (I asked it myself back in the day):

• You will manage compensable claims for Commercial and Communities up to €30,000.
• You will interact with opposing companies, external partners, loss adjusters, lawyers, assistance companies, etc.
• You will handle our clients over the phone to provide the best service.
• You will work towards achieving the Unit's goals in recovery, average cost, and fraud.

• Experience in handling Commercial and Communities claims.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Experience in telephone customer service.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and solving the challenges that claims present.
• Availability to travel to the office located at Plaza Solidaridad 12 in Málaga at least once a week.

• If you know our internal applications, such as INFO or ZCLAIMS, it will be much easier for you!

• Interactuarás con compañías contrarias, colaboradores externos, peritos, abogados, empresas de asistencia, etcétera.
• Atenderás de forma telefónica a nuestros clientes para prestar el mejor servicio.
• Trabajarás en la consecución de los objetivos de recobro, coste medio y fraude de la Unidad.

• Experiencia en la tramitación de siniestros de Comercio y Comunidades.
• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
• Experiencia en atención telefónica.
• Buena capacidad de negociación y comunicación.
• Con actitud proactiva hacia el aprendizaje y la resolución de retos que presenta siniestros.
• Disponibilidad para desplazarte al menos una vez a la semana a la oficina ubicada en Plaza Solidaridad 12 de Málaga.
