THE OPPORTUNITY

Ensure that the plant's quality systems operate in an integrated, robust manner and in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements, ensuring their proper implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement, as well as the digitalization and optimization of processes through computer tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Quality Systems Management

• Ensure the proper functioning and integration of QA systems:
  • Training
  • Document management
  • Complaints
  • Supplier control
  • Design transfer (R&D → plant)
  • Labeling
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
• Oversee consistency between plant systems and operational processes.

Implementation and management of QA computer systems

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of digital systems such as:
  • Controls (pests, cleaning, etc.)
  • Results reporting
  • Batch record
  • Sampling and analysis plans
  • Batch calculator
  • Master recipe management
  • Electronic document management
  • Interactive forms
  • Incident and analysis request workflows
  • Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance.

Team leadership

• Direct management of those responsible for:
  • Complaints
  • Documentation and training
  • New products, registration, and labeling
  • Supplier management
• Team development:
  • Goal setting
  • Performance evaluation
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Fostering a collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented environment.

Audit management

• Lead internal and external audits.
• Ensure effective plant preparation.
• Act as the technical reference during audits.
• Promote a positive and collaborative environment with auditors and the areas involved.

Continuous improvement and innovation

• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.
• Lead cross-functional optimization projects.
• Analyze the impact of changes across different areas.
• Implement innovative solutions with a practical and sustainable approach.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education in Health Sciences, Engineering, or similar.
• Experience in QA in an industrial environment (preferably nutrition, pharma, or food).
• Experience in quality systems management.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Knowledge of digital systems and QA computer tools.
• Advanced level of English.

Garantizar que los sistemas de calidad de la planta funcionan de manera integrada, robusta y conforme a los requerimientos regulatorios y corporativos, asegurando su correcta implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua, así como la digitalización y optimización de los procesos mediante herramientas informáticas.

QUE HARAS

Gestión de Sistemas de Calidad

• Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento e integración de los sistemas de QA:
  • Formación
  • Gestión documental
  • Reclamaciones
  • Control de proveedores
  • Transferencia de diseño (R&D → planta)
  • Etiquetado
• Garantizar el cumplimiento con políticas internas, estándares regulatorios y requisitos de cliente.
• Supervisar la coherencia entre sistemas y procesos operativos de planta.

Implementación y gestión de sistemas informáticos de QA

• Liderar la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora de sistemas digitales como:
  • Controles (plagas, limpiezas, etc.)
  • Reporting de resultados
  • Batch record
  • Planes de muestreo y análisis
  • Batch calculator
  • Gestión de recetas maestras
  • Gestión documental electrónica
  • Formularios interactivos
  • Flujos de incidencias y solicitudes de análisis
  • Identificar oportunidades de digitalización y automatización.
  • Asegurar la integridad de datos y compliance (data integrity).

Liderazgo de equipo

• Gestión directa de los responsables de:
  • Reclamaciones
  • Documentación y formación
  • Nuevos productos, registro y etiquetado
  • Gestión de proveedores
• Desarrollo del equipo:
  • Definición de objetivos
  • Evaluación de desempeño
  • Coaching y mentoring
  • Fomentar un entorno colaborativo, proactivo y orientado a resultados.

Gestión de auditorías

• Liderar auditorías internas y externas.
• Garantizar una preparación eficaz de la planta.
• Actuar como referente técnico durante auditorías.
• Promover un ambiente positivo y de colaboración con auditores y áreas implicadas.

Mejora continua e innovación

• Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y sistemas.
• Liderar proyectos de optimización transversal.
• Analizar impactos de cambios en distintas áreas.
• Implementar soluciones innovadoras con enfoque práctico y sostenible.

REQUERIMIENTOS MINIMOS

• Formación en Ciencias de la Salud, Ingeniería o similar.
• Experiencia en QA en entorno industrial (preferible nutrición, pharma o alimentación).
• Experiencia en gestión de sistemas de calidad.
• Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos.
• Conocimiento de sistemas digitales y herramientas informáticas de QA.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
