Opportunity: Commercial Training Internship - Madrid

You will learn about:

• Company knowledge: Introduction to Abbott, organization, and procedures.

• Business process, IT tools.

• Laboratory Solutions: Basic training in immunology, biochemistry, and hematology.

• In vitro diagnostics market and other suppliers in the sector: Training on laboratory instrumentation (Alinity ci).

• Pre-analytical and post-analytical processes.

Tasks:

• Learning to monitor the online training system (Sumtotal): database updates, review of new courses, assignment of courses to new hires, tracking of completed courses, and review of learned knowledge and questions.

• Introduction of company IT tools to new hires.

• Participate and collaborate in the in-person training courses provided to the sales force and new hires.

• Participate in the review process of training materials coming from Global.

• Collaborate with the marketing department in developing training sessions for specific products.

• Specific degree: Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry.

• Soft skills: Commercial skills, organization and planning, teamwork.

Aprenderás sobre:

• Conocimiento de la compañía: Introducción Abbott, organización y procedimientos.

• Proceso de Negocio, herramientas informáticas.

• Soluciones de Laboratorio Formación básica en Inmunología, bioquímica y hematología.

• Mercado del diagnóstico in vitro y otros proveedores del sector Formación de instrumentación de laboratorio (Alinity ci)

• Procesos preanalíticos y post analíticos

Tareas:

• Aprendizaje del seguimiento del sistema de formación online (Sumtotal): Actualización base de datos, revisión de los cursos nuevos, asignación de los cursos a las nuevas incorporaciones, seguimiento de los completados y revisión de los conocimientos aprendidos y las dudas.

• Introducción a las herramientas informáticas de la compañía a la Nuevas incorporaciones.

• Participara y colaborara en los cursos de formación presenciales que se den a la Fuerza comercial y las Nuevas Incorporaciones.

• Participará en el proceso de revisión de los materiales formativos que vienen de Global.

• Colaborará con el departamento de marketing en el desarrollo de sesiones de formación para productos específicos.
