Mission:
Support for the administrative and secretarial function of the Labor Law team.

What you'll do

Administrative and document management

  • Reception, registration, classification, and filing of legal documentation (lawsuits, dismissal files, equality plans, etc.).

  • Processing and follow-up of the team's judicial and administrative files.

  • Preparation and organization of documentation for trials and hearings.

Agenda, communications, and reception

  • Management of email and the team's agendas.

  • Coordination and organization of meetings, hearings, and court appearances.

  • Answering phone calls and telephone/switchboard reception.

  • Attending to and welcoming visitors (external lawyers, social graduates, public bodies, etc.)

Logistical and travel support

  • Organization and coordination of travel for attendance at trials and meetings.

  • Management of transport services associated with the team's activity.

Specific support for the Labor Law team

  • Support in the document management of individual and collective dismissals.

  • Administrative support in the preparation and follow-up of equality plans.

  • Collaboration in the preparation of reports and documentation for labor procedures.

  • Handling internal inquiries related to the department's administrative processes.

How you'll work

  • Possibility of signing an Internship Agreement with the university or center, while in the final year of the degree.

  • Availability to complete a 6-month scholarship, with the option of part-time or full-time hours.

Candidate requirements

  • Education: Degree in Applied Management, Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law and/or Business Administration and Management.

  • Additional training: languages, office software (Microsoft Office package), document management tools.

  • Profile: proactivity, autonomy, organization, discretion and confidentiality, internal client orientation.

  • Languages/Level: native Spanish; English valued.
