The position is integrated into the Innovation and ICT Department, within the Control and Operational Excellence area of ACCIONA Concessions. It supports the ICT function of the Concessions business on a global level, contributing to ensuring that technological systems and services provide adequate support to both the business (corporate processes, central office) and the concession assets in operation.

The role operates in close coordination with the corporate IT areas of the ACCIONA Group (Infrastructure, Security, Applications, PMO, etc.), which concentrate transversal resources and services.

1. Job Description
Coordinate ICT functions for Concessions, defining and executing the planning of systems and technological infrastructure that support the business and concession assets, guaranteeing their availability, security, and evolution, and acting as the spokesperson for corporate IT areas and as the direct point of contact between ICT and the Concessions business.

2. Main Functions
- Define and maintain the Concessions ICT plan (systems, infrastructure, communications, business applications, and document management), aligned with the corporate IT strategy.

- Plan, prioritize, and supervise the portfolio of ICT projects and services in the area, guaranteeing deadlines, quality, and budget.

- Prepare and manage the Concessions ICT budget, identifying synergies and cost optimization opportunities with corporate.

- Supervise the document management systems and processes of Concessions, guaranteeing their correct operation and evolution.

- Act as the Concessions ICT spokesperson to the Group's corporate IT areas, guaranteeing the alignment of standards, architectures, policies, and common tools.

- Act as the direct point of contact between ICT and the Concessions business, providing support and reporting to other corporate areas on all Concessions information and systems they need to know.

- Provide support to both assets and Business Development in the IT aspects required for the preparation of bids and new projects.

- Supervise and manage the area's technological providers and partners (contracts, SLAs, and service levels).

- Support all Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives developed within the scope of Concessions, in collaboration with the Innovation area and corporate IT areas.

- Identify and promote opportunities for improvement, automation, and technological innovation in systems and processes, in collaboration with the Innovation area.
