The position is part of the Innovation and ICT Department, within the Operational Control and Excellence area of ACCIONA Concessions. It supports the ICT function of the Concessions business globally, helping ensure that technology systems and services provide adequate support both to the business (corporate processes, head office) and to concession assets in operation.

The role works in close coordination with ACCIONA Group's corporate IT areas (Infrastructure, Security, Applications, PMO, etc.), which concentrate cross-cutting resources and services.

1. Job description

- Plan, prioritise and oversee the area's ICT project and service portfolio, ensuring deadlines, quality and budget.

- Prepare and manage the Concessions ICT budget, identifying synergies and cost optimisation opportunities with the corporate level.

- Oversee Concessions document management systems and processes, ensuring their proper operation and evolution.

- Act as the Concessions ICT liaison with the Group's corporate IT areas, ensuring alignment of standards, architectures, policies and common tools.

- Act as the direct point of contact between ICT and the Concessions business, providing support and reporting to the other corporate areas on all Concessions information and systems they need to be aware of.

- Support both assets and Business Development in the IT aspects required for preparing bids and new projects.

- Supervise and manage the area's technology suppliers and partners (contracts, SLAs and service levels).

- Support all Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives developed within Concessions, in collaboration with the Innovation area and corporate IT areas.

- Identify and promote opportunities for improvement, automation and technological innovation in systems and processes, in collaboration with the Innovation area.

Candidate requirements

3. Requirements
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or similar. Additional training in IT/systems management (Master's, MBA) is valued.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT/ICT roles, of which at least 3-5 years in team and/or supplier management or leadership positions.

- Previous experience in infrastructure, concessions, utilities, energy or other sectors with OT/industrial assets.

- Knowledge of OT/IT systems (SCADA, CMMS, ITS, toll systems), network architectures, cybersecurity and IT service management frameworks.

- Experience managing suppliers, contracts and ICT budgets.

- Ability to liaise with corporate and business areas, and to manage multidisciplinary teams distributed across several geographies.
