Job description

Mission
Act as the corporate reference in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) for the construction area, ensuring the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety standards in the company's national and international construction projects. Ensure consistency between corporate, legal, and operational requirements, promoting a homogeneous and high-performance preventive culture.
Main responsibilities
• Define and maintain corporate ORP standards, procedures, and requirements applicable to construction activities.
• Lead the integration of health and safety requirements within the company's HSE Management System.
• Provide technical support, from a preventive perspective, to teams in the different geographies where the organization operates.
• Identify and translate international legal requirements into corporate procedures and tools.
• Analyze indicators, incidents, and trends to promote continuous improvement.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across projects and regions.

Experience

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in ORP within construction, energy, or infrastructure projects.

Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

Knowledge of ISO 45001 and H&S management systems.
