About the role

Would you like to be part of an international company providing support to different departments and participating in key administrative processes for the business? At Adecco, we are looking for a General Administrative Assistant to join temporarily a major company located in Madrid.

Provide administrative support across different areas of the company according to service needs, ensuring proper management, monitoring, and control of internal information and documentation.

What you'll do

  • Administrative support to different company departments (HR, Marketing, General Services, and other corporate areas).
  • Management, control, and monitoring of administrative documentation and information.
  • Registration and updating of data in internal tools.
  • Preparation and maintenance of reports and supporting documentation.
  • Administrative coordination with different areas of the organization.
  • Support with ad hoc administrative tasks according to business needs.

What you'll get

  • Initial temporary contract of 2-3 months with possibility of renewal.
  • Immediate start.
  • Full-time, on-site working day.
  • Summer schedule (Fridays): 08:30 to 15:00.
