What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and monitoring key data from production processes to ensure efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate strategic, data-driven decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

· Collection and Monitoring: Oversee data capture on production lines in real time (cycle times, stoppages, waste, efficiency)

· Data Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports on plant performance.

· Deviation Detection: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or deviations from production targets, as well as identify potential raw material suppliers.

· Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to propose corrective and continuous improvement actions.

· Data Auditing: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of the information entered into management systems

Requirements

Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Industrial Organization), Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or similar.

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles within the industrial sector.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex functions).

Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Knowledge of ERP systems (Business Central) is a plus.

Valid driver's license and own vehicle to get to the workplace.

What you'll do

La persona seleccionada será responsable de recopilar, analizar y supervisar los datos clave de los procesos productivos para asegurar la eficiencia, identificar áreas de mejora y facilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos.

Responsabilidades Principales

· Recopilación y Monitorización: Supervisar la captura de datos en las líneas de producción en tiempo real (tiempos de ciclo, paradas, mermas, eficiencia)

· Análisis de Datos: Desarrollar y mantener cuadros de mando (dashboards) y reportes periódicos sobre el rendimiento de la planta.

· Detección de Desviaciones: Identificar cuellos de botella, ineficiencias o desviaciones frente a los objetivos de producción, así como conseguir identificar los potenciales proveedores de materia prima.

· Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de Producción, Logistica y Finanzas para proponer acciones correctivas y de mejora continua.

· Auditoría de Datos: Asegurar la integridad, precisión y fiabilidad de la información introducida en los sistemas de gestión
