The opportunity:

We are currently looking to strengthen our team with the addition of a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer – Microsoft Ecosystem (Fabric / Azure) with at least 3 years of experience to join projects at both national and international levels.

Functions

• Design data architectures on medallion (bronze/silver/gold), thinking of the gold layer as a consumable data product, not as a technical data dump.


• Model in star schema with sound judgment: facts, dimensions, granularity, SCDs.


• Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines in Microsoft Fabric (Pipelines, PySpark Notebooks, Lakehouse, Warehouse).


• Work with Git/GitHub and CI/CD: PRs, code review, controlled deployments.


• Collaborate on the analytics layer (Power BI), ensuring the data model enables it properly.


• Integrate AI capabilities when they add value (Azure OpenAI, Copilot in Fabric, RAG).


• Participate in architecture decisions and mentor junior/mid-level profiles.

Required requirements

More than 3 years of experience in cloud data projects (Azure, Fabric, Synapse, Databricks or equivalent), not as a tool user, but as someone who has designed pipelines, debugged performance issues, and made architecture decisions.


• Have designed and executed end-to-end projects, from ingestion to the analytics layer. We will ask you about specific cases.


• Medallion architecture and dimensional modeling (star schema) applied in real projects.


• Advanced SQL and solid Python/PySpark.


• Git/GitHub with a professional workflow (PRs, code reviews, CI/CD).


• Intermediate-advanced English.
