More than 3 years of experience in cloud data projects (Azure, Fabric, Synapse, Databricks or equivalent), not just as a tool user, but as someone who has designed pipelines, debugged performance issues, and made architectural decisions.

• Having designed and executed end-to-end projects, from data ingestion to the analytics layer. We will ask you about specific cases.

• Medallion architecture and dimensional modeling (star schema) applied in real-world projects.

• Advanced SQL and solid Python/PySpark skills.

• Git/GitHub with a professional workflow (PRs, code review, CI/CD).

• Intermediate-advanced English.

The opportunity:

We are currently looking to strengthen our team with a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer - Microsoft Ecosystem (Fabric / Azure) with at least 3 years of experience to work on projects at both national and international levels.

Increase the value of our team to provide better service to our clients and support digital transformation in a changing and dynamic environment.

• Designing data architectures on medallion (bronze/silver/gold), treating the gold layer as a consumable data product rather than a raw data dump.

• Modeling in star schema with best practices: facts, dimensions, granularity, SCDs.

• Building robust ETL/ELT pipelines in Microsoft Fabric (Pipelines, Notebooks PySpark, Lakehouse, Warehouse).

• Working with Git/GitHub and CI/CD: PRs, code reviews, controlled deployments.

• Collaborating on the analytics layer (Power BI), ensuring the data model properly supports it.

• Integrating AI capabilities where they add value (Azure OpenAI, Copilot in Fabric, RAG).

• Participating in architectural decisions and mentoring junior/mid-level profiles.
