Pilates and Physical Wellness Trainer

This is your chance to make a difference! In Rota, we are looking for a teacher to teach Pilates classes from October 2026 to May 2027, for two hours a week. Duties:

Design and teach Pilates classes adapted to the needs and levels of the participants.

Guide and supervise the correct execution of the exercises, promoting healthy habits and good postural hygiene.

Ensure a safe, motivating, and respectful environment during the sessions.

Requirements:

100 hours of completed training related

Provide proof of at least 50 hours of experience teaching workshops

related
