About the role
From Adecco we are looking for a Quality Supervisor/Inspector in Civil Works to join immediately an important civil works project located in Arguineguín - Gran Canaria.
What you'll do
Functions:
-Perform quality inspections on finished products and during the manufacturing process.
-Verify compliance with technical specifications and current regulations.
-Detect, record, and manage incidents or non-conformities.
-Prepare quality reports and results reports.
-Apply and supervise quality controls according to internal procedures.
-Handle measuring instruments and control equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
-Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics departments for continuous improvement.
-Participate in internal and external quality audits.
-Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Funciones:
-Realizar inspecciones de calidad en productos terminados y en proceso de fabricación.
-Verificar el cumplimiento de los/las especificaciones técnicos/as y normativas vigentes.
-Detectar, registrar y gestionar incidencias o no conformidades.
-Elaborar informes de calidad y reportes de resultados.
-Aplicar y supervisar los controles de calidad según procedimientos internos.
-Manejar instrumentos de medida y equipos de control (calibradores, micrómetros, etc.).
-Colaborar con los departamentos de producción, ingeniería y logística para la mejora continua.
-Participar en auditorías internas y externas de calidad.
-Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
