We are looking for a First-Class Automotive Electrician-Mechanic for one of our ICAMOTOR facilities in the Miller Bajo area, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The Automotive Mechanic at Astara Retail plays a fundamental role in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles. This includes performing preventive maintenance, replacing worn parts, and ensuring vehicles operate safely and efficiently. We are looking for a professional with the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues in vehicles and mechanical systems.
- Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brake systems, suspension, and other components, as well as carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Replace worn or damaged parts, such as brakes, filters, spark plugs, and belts, ensuring the vehicle operates correctly.
- Conduct test drives and adjustments to mechanical and electrical systems to guarantee optimal performance.
- Clearly and effectively communicate repair or maintenance needs to customers, as well as offer recommendations for vehicle care.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Organize and clean the work area and tools to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
