Job description

An industrial company located in the Avilés area (Asturias) is seeking a Mechanic with experience in trucks and/or industrial machinery for immediate hire. This is a stable position, integrated into the company's own workshop, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle and machinery fleet, both at company facilities and at external job sites. We are looking for a profile with demonstrable experience or a technical background in industrial mechanics, with knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics valued, and availability to work rotating shifts and perform occasional weekend interventions.

Functions:

  • Maintenance and mechanical repair of trucks and industrial machinery.
  • Industrial mechanics work: pumps, mechanical and hydraulic systems, industrial components, etc.
  • Interventions both in the company workshop and at external job sites and facilities, when vehicles are off-site.
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults.
