Production and Assembly Operator

Are you passionate about the industrial environment and want to join a leading company in the manufacture of braking systems? We are looking to bring in production and assembly operators to strengthen the production teams in Granollers.

What will your duties be?

• Operate industrial machinery for the manufacture of brake pads and discs.
• Assemble and fit components following technical instructions and quality standards.
• Feed production lines with raw materials and components.
• Carry out visual and dimensional quality controls.
• Detect and report incidents or possible manufacturing defects.
• Record production data and ensure product traceability.
• Handle specific chemical materials used in the production process.
• Make basic machine adjustments and format changes when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety, order and cleanliness standards in the plant.

What are we looking for?

• Vocational training related to Chemistry, Metallurgy or similar fields.
• Previous experience as a production or mechanical assembly operator.
• Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
• Ability to work following procedures and quality standards.
• Responsible, rigorous, committed person with attention to detail and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Will be especially valued

• Experience in industrial environments and series production.

• Full-time afternoon/night shift, on-site.

Working hours

During the summer period (August), no night shifts are scheduled.

Shifts:

• Afternoon: from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Night: from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Quines seran les teves funcions?

• Operar maquinària industrial per a la fabricació de pastilles i discos de fre.
• Muntar i assemblar components seguint instruccions tècniques i estàndards de qualitat.
• Alimentar les línies de producció amb matèries primeres i components.
• Realitzar controls de qualitat visuals i dimensionals.
• Detectar i comunicar incidències o possibles defectes de fabricació.
• Registrar dades de producció i garantir la traçabilitat dels productes.
• Manipular materials químics específics del procés productiu.
• Fer ajustos bàsics de maquinària i canvis de format quan sigui necessari.
• Vetllar pel compliment de les normes de seguretat, ordre i neteja de la planta.

Què busquem?

• Formació Professional relacionada amb Químico/a, Metall o similars.
• Experiència prèvia com a operari/ària de producció o muntatge mecànic.
• Domini de català i castellà.
• Capacitat per treballar seguint procediments i estàndards de qualitat.
• Persona responsable, rigorosa, compromesa, orientació al detall i amb capacitat de moure pes.

Es valorarà especialment

• Experiència en entorns industrials i producció en sèrie.

Horari

Durant el període d'estiu (Agost) no es realitzen torns de nit.

Torns:

• Tarda: de 14:00 h a 22:00 h.
• Nit: de 22:00 h a 06:00 h.
