About the role

Do you have experience in industrial environments, laboratory, or quality control and are you looking for a new professional challenge? At Adecco we are recruiting a Mix Room Operator for an important company in the food sector located in Villanueva de los Castillejos (Huelva).

We are looking for an organized, responsible person capable of managing different tasks simultaneously within a demanding production environment, where quality, food safety, and attention to detail are essential.

What you'll do

Main duties

Interpreting and executing manufacturing recipes.

Preparation, control, and release of products for production.

Identification and traceability of raw materials and finished products.

Managing information and processes through SAP:

Monitoring and updating production.

Checking ingredients and products.

Managing batches.

Releasing materials.

Preparing tanks to supply production lines.

Continuous coordination with the Control Room to ensure production flow.

Dosing and injecting ingredients using pumping systems.

Comprehensive management of the raw materials warehouse:

Batch control.

FIFO rotation.

Expiry date control.

Loading and unloading goods using a forklift.

Preparation of powdered product blends using the Almix system.

Preparation and dispatch of trucks according to established batches.

Weighing and calculating ingredients.

Taking samples for quality control and verification of raw materials.

Cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment.

Compliance with established quality and audit requirements.

What we're looking for

- Training and experience as a Quality Technician, Laboratory Technician, or similar.

- Experience in industrial environments or production processes.

-Experience in the food industry is valued.

- Proficiency in computer tools and knowledge of SAP.

- Forklift license is a plus.

- Availability to work shifts (morning/afternoon/night).
