The selected candidate will join the Program Management Office (PMO) area within the international program ALign G365, reporting directly to the Program Director, providing cross-functional support to a strategic program for the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the internal supply chain management tool Gideons.

The program is being rolled out in more than 30 countries across three geographies: Africa and the Middle East, APAC, and LATAM.

Job Mission

Provide cross-functional PMO services to support the international implementation of Dynamics 365 and Gideons, contributing to project tracking, KPI creation, process improvement, and coordination of international teams, ensuring data quality and the proper progress of the program.

Responsibilities

- Track and coordinate the project portfolio together with the Project Managers of the different clusters.

- Define, design, and maintain KPIs and dashboards in Power BI and, preferably, in Azure DevOps.

- Analyze program information to measure progress, deliverable quality, and process compliance.

- Support the Program Director in program monitoring, control, and reporting activities.

- Participate in governance meetings, coordinating conclusions, follow-up actions, and improvement plans.

- Coordinate the updating of portfolio management tools and ensure data quality and consistency.

Requirements

- Completed studies in industrial engineering, computer science, telecommunications, or related degrees in data analysis, project management, or digital transformation.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI developing KPIs, reports, and dashboards.

- Experience in PMO functions, project coordination, or program management.

- Experience in data analysis and generating reporting for decision-making.

- Analytical skills and results orientation.

- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented profile.

- Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.

- C1 level of English; the working language will mainly be English.
