From Adecco Selección, we are looking for a Financial Manager to take on overall responsibility for the Administration and Finance area, overseeing accounting, treasury, management control, and tax obligations, as well as leading the team and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes, at the head offices located in the Santander area.

What you'll do

Main duties:

Lead and coordinate the administration team.

Oversee the company's general and management accounting.

Prepare financial statements and reports for Management.

Manage treasury, collection and payment forecasts, and financing needs.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Analyze budget variances and drive corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and commercial obligations.

Coordinate audits and the relationship with external advisors and financial institutions.

Define and implement internal procedures and controls that optimize financial management.

Participate in continuous improvement and organizational growth projects.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management positions within the financial area.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Administration and Finance area.
